Requirements:

A Matric Certificate.
Passionate about retail is a must.
Sales driven and service focused.
Possess a strong work ethic and hands-on attitude.
Demonstrate initiative to deliver results.
Experience in representing a quality brand.
Ability to thrive under pressure.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business and will require weekends and evening shifts.

Key Areas of Responsibilities:

Brand Ambassadorship: Be the face of American Swiss and provide an amazing customer experience that reflects our brand values.
Customer Engagement: Exceed customer expectations by identifying their needs and offering the best possible solutions through product knowledge and excellent service.
Sales Performance: Actively monitor and achieve sales targets, striving to exceed them whenever possible.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest trends and be well-versed in selling a diverse range of jewelry and watches.
Proactive Sales: Seek out opportunities to generate new sales and build customer relationships.
Stock Management: Assist with replenishing stock and maintaining visual merchandising standards to ensure the store is inviting for our customers at all times.
