- Flexible availability to work various shifts and the capability to work across multiple store locations
- Adherence to company presentation and hygiene standards as per Visual Merchandising guidelines
- Commitment to following Woolworths and Country Road Group policies and procedures diligently
- Effective communication skills and the ability to maintain a visible, approachable presence on the sales floor
