Experience:
- 7 – 12 months experience preferably in Retail
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12.
- Teamwork.
- Self-motivation/drive.

- Attention to detail.
- Knowledge of sales and prospecting processes and methodologies.
- Knowledge of relevant legislation (NCA, CPA, OHASA).
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Understanding of business policies and procedures.
- Familiarity with applicable operating platforms.
- Basic retail knowledge.
- Extensive product knowledge within a specific category.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs.
- Utilize effective sales techniques and prospecting methodologies to achieve sales targets.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge within a specific category to assist customers.
- Adhere to relevant legislation such as NCA, CPA, and OHASA in all sales transactions.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve overall sales objectives.
- Execute business policies and procedures accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize SAP and other operating platforms effectively for sales transactions and data management.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a drive for achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
