  • Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Consultative Selling: Identify customer requirements, offer product solutions, and close sales.
  • Customer Support: Provide post-sale support, address inquiries, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Merchandising: Assist in creating appealing product displays and maintaining a well-organized sales floor.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor products.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Grade 12
  • Proven sales experience in a retail or customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused with a genuine desire to provide exceptional service.
  • Sales-driven with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • Drivers licence
  • Adaptability and a positive attitude in a fast-paced retail environment.
