Key Responsibilities:

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
Supervise daily operations, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock management.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and product recommendations.

Oversee cash register operations and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
Collaborate with the Store Manager and Area Manager to implement and uphold company policies and procedures.
Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays.
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new sales team members.
Maintain a safe and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric
Computer Literate, MS Office – proficient in Word Outlook, Excel, etc
Minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience as a Senior Sales Assistant in the retail sector.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Customer-focused attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
Ability to motivate and mentor a sales team.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Basic understanding of inventory management.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
South African citizenship or valid work permit.
