Job Purpose:
Premier FMCG Ltd, is seeking dedicated Salesman Drivers to join thier team. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure efficient service delivery and drive bakery sales growth through timely and complete product deliveries, collecting payments, and effectively managing bakery sales assets on a daily basis. This role plays a pivotal part in their customer-focused, 24/7/365 operation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Timely and complete delivery of products as per customer requirements.
- Collection of payments.
- Effective management of bakery sales assets.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Qualification Requirements:
- Matric Certificate
- Driver’s License code 10/C1 with PDP, valid for at least 3 years.
Experience Requirements:
- 1 – 3 years’ experience in the sales or retail environment.

- Punctual and reliable.
- Strong verbal and numerical skills.
