Responsibilities:
As a Salesperson at HiFi Corp, your responsibilities will include:
- Customer assistance: Greet customers, provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance, and offer product recommendations based on their needs.
- Product knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product range, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and features to effectively assist customers.
- Sales target achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling and cross-selling, and closing sales.
- Order processing: Accurately process customer orders, arrange delivery or collection, and handle any related administrative tasks.
- After-sales service: Provide excellent after-sales service by addressing customer inquiries, handling returns or exchanges, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements:
To be considered for the position of Salesperson, you should meet the following requirements:
- Numeracy and literacy equivalent to Grade 12.
- 7 – 12 months experience preferably in Retail
- Team work
- Self-Motivation/Drive
- Customer Service orientated
