Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and offer product recommendations and solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest technology trends, products, and services to provide informed assistance to customers.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Closing Sales: Guide customers through the sales process, answer questions, address objections, and close sales.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional post-sale support, including addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues.
- Merchandising: Assist with product placement, displays, and visual merchandising to create an inviting shopping environment.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team goals and contribute to a positive work culture.
Qualifications:
- Numeracy and literacy equivalent to Grade 12.
- 7 – 12 months experience preferably in Retail
