Minimum Requirements:
- Matric Grade 12.
- Security qualification with a minimum of 2 years of Retail Industry experience.
- Must be registered with SIRA/SOB and possess a grade C registration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control access to premises.
- Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises.
- Detect and prevent theft, vandalism, and other criminal activities.
- Respond to alarms and security incidents.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary.
- Complete accurate and detailed incident reports.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with security-related concerns.
Skills and Qualities:
- Strong observational and surveillance skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
