Position Overview:
Capitec is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Consultants to join their branch network across South Africa. As a Service Consultant at Capitec, you will be the first point of contact for their customers, ensuring that they receive excellent service, accurate information, and support in their banking needs.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process a variety of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and account inquiries.
- Provide information and guidance on Capitec’s products and services to customers.
- Assist customers in opening new accounts and updating account information.
- Solve customer queries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Promote and educate customers on digital banking solutions and self-service options.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Customer service experience in a retail or banking environment is advantageous.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate digital platforms.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Attention to detail and adherence to compliance and security protocols.
