Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide product recommendations and answer inquiries about menu items.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
- Assist in maintaining food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Uphold KFC’s commitment to exceptional customer service.
Food Service Team Member Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook KFC’s signature menu items to high-quality standards.
- Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines at all times.
- Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
- Uphold KFC’s commitment to food quality and consistency.
Requirements (Both Positions):
- Matric
- English
- Credit Worthiness
- TMRI minimum score
- Star Training – FSTM Qualification
- Willingness to learn and adapt.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
