Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer assistance with locating items.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop floor by restocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring a tidy shopping environment.
- Assist in stock management by monitoring product expiration dates and replenishing stock as needed.
- Operate cash registers and process customer payments accurately.
- Follow company policies and procedures for cash handling, returns, and exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and efficient store operations.
- Report any customer concerns or issues to the management team for resolution.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and restocking activities.
Requirements:
- Matric or relevant tertiary qualification
- 1 year + Clothing retailer.
- Passion for retail
- Proficient in English
- Outstanding customer care skills, the ability to interact and communicate with customer
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work as part of a team.
