Key Responsibilities:
- Sort, separate, and categorize waste materials efficiently.
- Operate sorting equipment and machinery as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Comply with safety regulations and procedures at all times.
- Support the recycling and waste management process.
- Assist with loading and unloading waste materials and goods.
- Perform general labor tasks and provide assistance as required by the team.
Requirements:
- A strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and environmental best practices.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift and carry heavy waste materials.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
- Availability to work flexible hours and shifts as needed.
