Main Purpose:
As a Store Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of customer service are delivered. You will be responsible for assisting customers and meeting set targets, contributing to the success of The Spitz Group brands.

Key Performance Areas:
Cash Control:
- Perform cash desk functions.
- Follow cash control and banking processes daily.
- Maintain zero cash variances.
- Accurately record manual transactions.
Stock Control:
- Follow stock management processes daily.
- Follow up on customer orders.
- Conduct weekly stock counts accurately.
- Ensure the store room department is in good condition.
- Complete the shoe pairing exercise weekly.
Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Build internal and external customer relationships.
- Maintain good customer relationships.
- Demonstrate product knowledge.
Minimum Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of retail experience.
Qualifications:
- Complete Matric/Grade 12.
Additional Requirements:
- Retail administration disciplines.
- Stock & cash management.
- Product knowledge.
- Sales knowledge and selling skills.
- Knowledge and understanding of policies and procedures pertaining to the cash desk, stockroom, admin, and all other relevant policies.
