Requirements
- Grade 12
- Proficient in English
- Relevant tertiary education - a degree/diploma in a business/retail related field would be an advantage
- 1-2 years experience in a retail environment within a leadership role
- Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite - will be an advantage)
Responsibilities
- Increase sales by focusing on customer service and maintaining world-class store standards
- Minimize stock loss by fostering a healthy store culture and adhering to security and cash handling procedures
- Manage costs efficiently according to company guidelines
- Ensure administrative duties are performed in accordance with company protocols
- Lead a dynamic team by taking responsibility for training, coaching, and performance management
- Maintain health, safety, and housekeeping standards within the store
