- Maintain accurate procurement documentation for audit purposes.
- Monitor procurement spending and conduct financial assessments of supplier expenditures.
- Source technical aviation components ensuring compliance with specifications.
- Review technical specifications and OEM documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and address non-conformance issues.
- Provide procurement support for maintenance and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues related to parts and components.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- Ensure compliance with South African aviation regulations.
- Implement controls to mitigate procurement risks.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Monitor backorders in ERP systems and manage open requisitions.
- Minimise GRV suspense through timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, safety, and procedural obligations.
