Tekkie Town is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated individual for the position of Sales Supervisor at our store in Bronkhorstspruit. As the Sales Supervisor, you will have the exciting opportunity to lead a team of staff, reporting directly to the Store Manager of Tekkie Town. Responsibilities:
- Supervise the floor staff and provide guidance and support.
- Motivate staff to ensure the achievement of daily targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to Tekkie Town’s processes and requirements.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / Matric.
Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Senior Sales Assistant or 3IC within the retail sector.
- Fluent (written and verbal) in English and another official South African language.
- Strong interpersonal and selling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong logical thinking and analytical ability.
