Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Grade 12 / Matric or Equivalent qualification: A high school diploma or equivalent educational background.
  • Effective communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and deliver sales pitches.
  • Computer literacy: Proficiency in using email, internet, and basic software applications such as Word and Excel.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette: Ability to maintain a professional and friendly tone while engaging with customers over the phone.
