As a Telemarketing Agent, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth by effectively promoting and selling insurance products over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to meet sales objectives and revenue targets while delivering exceptional customer service. - Meeting sales objectives and revenue targets: You will be responsible for achieving the agreed-upon sales and revenue targets, aligning with business requirements.

- Performance targets and standards: Strive to meet and exceed performance targets related to productivity, adherence, turnaround time, and quality.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Grade 12 / Matric or Equivalent qualification: A high school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Effective communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and deliver sales pitches.
- Computer literacy: Proficiency in using email, internet, and basic software applications such as Word and Excel.
- Excellent telephone etiquette: Ability to maintain a professional and friendly tone while engaging with customers over the phone.
