Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Computer literate
- Previous experience in a telesales, customer service, or similar role (pharmaceutical or wholesale industry experience will be advantageous)
- Bilingual, with fluency in English and Afrikaans preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
- High level of initiative and a strong sense of urgency
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently capture customer orders in the system
- Receive and process orders received via telephone and email promptly
- Proactively contact customers to secure orders and ensure accurate order capture
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through attentive and professional service
- Promote company products and successfully close sales over the phone
- Minimise dropped calls to maintain a positive customer experience at all times
- Handle general telesales administrative tasks and support other reasonable duties as required
- Ensure effective communication and follow-up with customers to resolve any order-related queries
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment and customer satisfaction
