Requirements
- Matric or Equivalent
- 12 months retail experience
- Clear Credit and Criminal record
- Willing and able to work retail hours
- Willing and able to assist with new store openings in the area
- South African citizen
Responsibilities
- Exceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques
- Ensure individual targets are met consistently
- Maximize and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover
- Establish a professional relationship with customers and provide assistance and advice
- Report customer compliments and complaints to management
- Transact all purchases and process payments
- Ensure all outgoing stock/items/scripts are scanned and paid for
- Process all loyalty cards
- Adhere to stock loss controls in store
- Attend to customer stock queries
- Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising communication
- Implement window campaigns and seasonal displays
- Ensure all visual merchandising elements are current and well-maintained
- Execute Visual Merchandising instructions from Head Office
