Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 1 year working experience.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying waste materials.
- A strong sense of responsibility and punctuality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safety and environmental best practices.
- A valid driver’s license (preferred but not mandatory).
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect waste materials from residential, commercial, and industrial areas as per the assigned route and schedule.
- Operate waste collection equipment and vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Ensure waste materials are sorted and disposed of properly in accordance with company and environmental guidelines.
- Report any issues or incidents related to waste collection promptly.
- Provide excellent customer service by interacting with residents and clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Participate in training programs to stay updated on safety and waste management procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
