The Department of Home Affairs, in collaboration with the Public Sector Education and Training Authority (PSETA), is inviting applications for the 2023 Cadet Learnership Programme. This program aims to empower unemployed South African youth by providing them with theoretical training and experiential learning to develop their skills, knowledge, and experience. The Cadet Learnership Programme includes both theoretical and practical components, focusing on the National Certificate: Home Affairs Services, which covers Civic Services and Immigration Services. Priority will be given to youth living near the office where the position is based.
