Job Description:
Anglo American is seeking a highly motivated human resources graduate to join their mid-year graduate development program in 2023. You will gain exposure to the entire HR generalist function while on-site, including planning, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning, and data analytics. You will build key working relationships with our operational teams while driving best practices within the HR function through the use of industry-relevant HR systems. For this position, you must have excellent time management skills, a customer service orientation, and a willingness to live our purpose of reimagining mining to improve people’s lives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Honours Degree HR or related field.
- Any post-graduate qualifications will be advantageous.
- Have completed your degree within the last 2 years or are due to graduate by December 2023
- Have no more than two years of relevant work experience.
- Be a team player with strong leadership potential.
- Demonstrate drive, ambition, and a passion for challenging work in our operations.
