Location: Nelson Mandela Metro District, Eastern Cape.
Internship Objective:
The primary objective of this internship is to offer unemployed individuals with qualifications in Carpentry, Electrical work, Painting, Plumbing, and Clinical Engineering an opportunity to gain three months of practical work experience in healthcare facilities under the Department of Health.
Minimum Education and Training Requirements:
- Candidates must hold an N3 – N5 Certificate in the relevant field mentioned above.
- Candidates with a recognized Trade Test will be given preference.
- Applicants must be South African Citizens residing within the Nelson Mandela Metro District.
- Candidates must be currently unemployed.
Stipend:
Interns will receive a monthly stipend of R6,000.
Intern Responsibilities:
The interns will be assigned maintenance tasks that align with their qualifications and skills in accordance with the instructions provided by their designated Line Manager from the Department of Health.
