Program Overview:
The OUTsurance Learnership Program is a structured and intensive training initiative aimed at equipping participants with the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive in the dynamic insurance sector. Responsibilities:
- Participate in classroom training sessions to gain foundational knowledge of insurance products, policies, and industry regulations.
- Work closely with experienced mentors to learn about customer service, sales techniques, claims handling, and underwriting processes.
- Shadow and assist senior team members in various departments to acquire hands-on experience in different aspects of insurance operations.

Requirements:
- South African citizenship or permanent residency is mandatory.
- Minimum educational requirement: Matric (Grade 12) certificate.
