Programme Description:

Pick n Pay’s Workplace Experience Programme is designed to offer you hands-on training, mentorship, and valuable industry insights. This programme is an opportunity for you to gain practical experience and enhance your skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work alongside seasoned professionals in various departments, gaining practical exposure and understanding of day-to-day retail operations.
- Participate in tasks and projects that contribute to the efficient functioning of the store and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
- Collaborate with teams to learn about customer service, inventory management, visual merchandising, and sales strategies.
- Attend training sessions and workshops to develop your skills and knowledge in the retail sector.
- Engage in regular performance evaluations and receive constructive feedback to support your growth.
Requirements:
To qualify for this programme, you need to meet the following criteria:
- Available to complete an 18 month Learnership
- N6 Hospitality, Marketing, Business Admin, HR
- Certified copy of ID – attached to the application
- Certified Copy of N6 certificate – attached to the application
