Job Description:
The Youth Employment Service (Y.E.S) programme at Bosch aims to provide unemployed young individuals with valuable job opportunities that will offer them essential workplace experience. This initiative is designed to enhance their prospects for long-term, quality employment.
Required Competencies:
To be considered for the Y.E.S programme at Bosch, applicants should possess the following competencies:
- Computer literacy.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- A commitment to participating in the program for 12 months.
- Self-driven and able to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude conducive to learning.
- Adherence to the principles and values of the company.
Qualifications & Selection Criteria:
In order to be eligible for this programme, you should meet the following criteria:
- You must have been unemployed for more than six (6) months.
- Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Matric qualification.
