Overview
Render Financial Accounting support services. Provide payment office clerical support services within the component.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Senior certificate or equivalent qualification)
- Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Financial functions, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collate financial statistics
- understanding of the Public Servi ce financial legislations, procedures and processes, National Treasury Regulations, Provincial Treasury Instructions, Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), 1999, (PFMA, Division of Revenue Act (DORA), Public Service Act (PSA), Public Service Regulations (PSR’s), Prefencial Procurement Policy Framework (PPPFA), Financial Manual)
- Financial operating systems, Personnel and Salary System (PERSAL), Basic Accounting System (BAS), Logical Information System (LOGIS)
- Understanding of the legislative framework governing the Public Service
- Working procedures in terms of the work environment
- Skills in the following: Computer
- Planning and Organising
- Language
- Good Verbal and Written Communication
- Basic Numeracy
- Reporting
- Job Knowledge
- Interpersonal Relations

- Render Financial Accounting support services

- Render support with reporting responsibilities
- Provide financial administration support services in the component
