Overview

To render assets and logistical support services. Develop the data base for assets.

Requirements

  • Senior Certificate or equivalent
  • Knowledge of Asset Management Framework, Treasury Regulations, Provincial SCM Practice Notes, Supply Chain Management System, Public Finance Management Act, Hardcat and BAS
  • Computer literate, Good inter -personal relations , Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Possession of a post -matric qualification in Supply Chain Management / Finance or in any other relevant field would be an added advantage

Responsibilities

  • To render assets and logistical support services
  • Develop the data base for assets
  • Provide advice to management on the state of assets
  • Provide advice on replenishment of assets
  • Control receiving of assets
