Responsibilities
- Conduct production activities in line with the operational plans
- Allocate task to labourers as per production sheet
- Check seedlings and plants for pests and diseases
- Ensure harvesting activities
- Prepare fire breaks
- Oversee the maintenance of the plantation, and woodlots
- Weed control
- Watering and fertilising the plants
- Render general support functions
- Conduct stocktaking
- Provide training and development to staff
