Overview
Implement Human Resource Administration Policies. recruitment and selection (advertisements, appointment, transfers, verification and qualifications, secretariat functions at interviews, absorptions , probationary period e.g.), implement conditions of service (leave housing, medical, injury on duty, long service recognition, overtime, relocation, pension, allowances, PILIR or etc.), performance management, termination of service (indicate the steps).
Requirements
- A Grade 12 Certificate
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Certificate in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage
