Overview
The Human Resource Development Practitioner will implement all training and development programs, facilitate the development of work skills plans, process ETDP Seta claims and documents, and coordinate internship and learnership programs. The role requires knowledge of performance management and integrated quality management systems. Requirements
- A Degree/National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Human Resource Management/development or Relative Qualification recognized by SAQA
- 1-2 years work experience in Human Resource Development Environment
- Knowledge of PMDS and IQMS
- Understanding of legislative framework governing the public services
- Skills in coordination and facilitation of training programs, planning and organizing, communication, computer literacy, flexibility, customer care services, report writing, teamwork
Responsibilities
- Implement all training and development programs
- Facilitate the development of work skills plans
- Process any ETDP Seta claims and documents
- Process bursaries in the College
- Coordinate internship and Learnership Programmes
- Implement performance management development system and integrated quality management system
- Coordinate training for college staff
- Facilitate the development of job descriptions
- Formulate the employment equity plan for the college
