Overview
Maintain and declare user account activity on BAS, security profiles/code Block. Monitor of source systems interfacing & system response.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: An appropriate 3 - year National Diploma/Degree
- Experience: Appropriate supervisory experience within similar environment
- Inherent requirement of the job: Valid Code EB drivers’ licence
- Competencies (knowledge/skills): Extensive knowledge of Financial Systems: BAS & LOGIS

Responsibilities
- Maintain and declare user account activity on BAS, security profiles/code Block
- Monitor of source systems interfacing & system response
- Liaise/interact with PT wrt system requirements & enhancements
- H elpdesk Administration
- Issue written/electronic financial system procedures/policies
- Compile correspondences wrt A/G COMAF
- Provide system input wrt disclosures relating to AFS
- Provide training of sub-ordinates and BAS users
