Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide first-line IT support to users
- Assist with hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance
- Support troubleshooting of computer systems, printers, and network-related issues
- Maintain IT records, asset registers, and documentation
- Assist with user account administration and system updates
- Support the IT team with daily operational activities and projects
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and information security standards
- Perform general IT administrative and technical support duties
