Overview

As a Product Development Graduate Intern at PEP, you will support the entire lifecycle of private label consumer goods in a leading South African retail company. This role allows you to gain insights into how products are conceptualized, formulated, packaged, and launched within the FMCG sector, while collaborating closely with the NPD Manager to translate market trends into tangible products.

Requirements

  • Be in possession of a Degree in Food Science, Marketing, Business Management, Graphic Design or Industrial Design.
  • South African citizen
  • Ages 18 - 32
  • Computer Literacy (MS Office, Google Suite)
  • Excellent Verbal & written communication skills
  • Be able to work independently
  • Have a willingness to learn
  • Self motivated

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end lifecycle of private label consumer goods.
  • Assist the NPD Manager in bridging the gap between market trends and products.
