SENIOR QC LIMS TECHNICIAN - Hay level 15 (Internal/External)
Overview
The Senior QC LIMS Technician will serve as the primary administrator for Quality Control Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), responsible for configuring, maintaining, and managing master data and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves providing technical support, conducting system updates, and delivering user training to laboratory personnel, all while ensuring data integrity and security within the LIMS framework.

- Familiarity with LIMS platforms and their application in laboratory workflows.
- Proficiency in database management and data analysis tools.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary administrator for Quality Control LIMS.
- Configure, maintain, and manage LIMS master data including specifications, products, and laboratory workflow.
- Perform system updates, configurations, and routine maintenance.
- Ensure LIMS compliance with cGMP, ALCOA+, and applicable regulations.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for LIMS-related issues.
- Develop and maintain SOPs and training materials related to LIMS.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security within the LIMS.
- Collaborate with teams to identify system improvement opportunities.
- Support change control, CAPA, and audit activities.
