The Trainee Regional People Solutions Partner will implement the PEP People Solutions strategy within the defined region by effectively managing the people function. This role focuses on fostering a positive workplace culture through various HR activities and operational support.
Requirements
- Grade 12 with a relevant degree within the HR Discipline
- At least 2 years’ experience within a generalist HR Role
- Retail knowledge and experience will be an advantage
- Computer Literate (G. Suite)
- Valid Code 8 manual driver's license and willingness to undertake extensive traveling
