Requirements
- BCOM Logistics Management, Transport Management / Economics, Supply Chain Management and related qualifications.
- 1-2 years experience in a Transport / Logistics environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Business analysis methodology.
- Planning and organising.
Responsibilities
- Rotate through various Transport departments and / or functions to gain end-to-end operational knowledge.
- Learn and apply best practices in fleet management and operational processing.
- Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and business projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic objectives.
- Develop leadership skills through coaching, mentoring, and practical management experience.
- Monitor compliance with health and safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Support the delivery of exceptional customer service through efficient Transport operations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
- Contribute innovative ideas that drive operational excellence and business performance.
