Our Transport division boasts a prestigious graduate programme where our Transport trainees rotate through various departments within our Transport environment. Graduates are thoroughly integrated into our business with the intent to equip them with the necessary knowledge, skills and exposure vital for success.

Requirements

  • BCOM Logistics Management, Transport Management / Economics, Supply Chain Management and related qualifications.
  • 1-2 years experience in a Transport / Logistics environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Business analysis methodology.
  • Planning and organising.

Responsibilities

  • Rotate through various Transport departments and / or functions to gain end-to-end operational knowledge.
  • Learn and apply best practices in fleet management and operational processing.
  • Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service levels.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and business projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic objectives.
  • Develop leadership skills through coaching, mentoring, and practical management experience.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety, quality, and operational standards.
  • Support the delivery of exceptional customer service through efficient Transport operations.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
  • Contribute innovative ideas that drive operational excellence and business performance.
