- Logistics Management
- BENG Industrial Engineering
- BCOM / BSc Operations Research and related qualifications
Responsibilities
- Rotate through various Supply Chain and Distribution Centre functions to gain end-to-end operational knowledge
- Learn and apply best practices in warehousing, logistics, inventory management, and distribution
- Analyse operational data and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and service levels
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and business projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and strategic objectives
- Develop leadership skills through coaching, mentoring, and practical management experience
- Monitor compliance with health and safety, quality, and operational standards
- Support the delivery of exceptional customer service through efficient Supply Chain operations
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Contribute innovative ideas that drive operational excellence and business performance
