Area Manager
Overview
Representing Easypay Financial Services with a high level of integrity and professionalism. Effectively coordinate sales activities across the Area linked to business planning and group strategies. Enable execution of national and Area tactical plans. Oversee the Operations and Sales functions of an Area while delivering superior customer service. Ensure established policies and procedures are followed.
Requirements
- B Degree in Banking/ Risk / Commerce or equivalent NQF 7 qualifications
- 5-8 years Retail banking experience that includes management responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Ensure integration of distribution, merchant, and stores to drive customer outcomes.
- Review non-profitable customers and implement measures to improve profitability.
- Promote collaboration platforms for sales performance improvements.
- Grow and develop teams to improve sales and service delivery.
- Drive delivery of financial objectives and monitor adherence to business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with operational standards and legislation.
