Banking Administrator - Midrand
Overview
Dis-Chem Pharmacies requires a Banking Administrator at our Head Office in Midrand. You will be required to ensure to load all supplier payments on the Banking Systems according to Dis-Chem standard operating procedures and maintain an accurate data record system.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- 2 to 3 Years in Fixed Assets and Banking Systems
Responsibilities
- Accurately load all banking payments.
- Conduct account verification on all new beneficiaries and inform management of any discrepancies.
- Ensure new beneficiaries are accurately loaded on the banking system in accordance to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Transfer the Asset out the Asset Control account to the appropriate asset when Assets are paid via Petty Cash.
- Post the deposit and final payment invoices to the applicable vendor account accurately and within the set time period.
- Transfer the deposit payments to the actual assets after final payment invoices are posted.
- Complete an asset transfer to the relevant company upon posting cross company asset invoices to the vendor accounts.
- Maintain perpetual inventory records by gathering inventory data, completing required forms/logs and entering, deleting and correcting inventory.
- Balance all Company Codes and Fixed Asset Registers to the General Ledger.
- Print out all the relevant documents for the Balancing of the Cost and Accumulated depreciation back to the General Ledger.
- Ensure frequent communication with staff and vendors regarding matters relating to the loading of batches on the banking system.
- Establish and maintain rapport with internal and external customers.
