The Blitz Team Member at Smollan is responsible for delivering client KPIs through effective in-store execution and building strong business relationships with store owners and their managers. Responsibilities
- Drive sell out and comply with call cycles
- Manage returned goods system and follow up on damaged collections
- Provide feedback on store-specific issues and escalate stock problems
- Monitor and communicate store pricing, ensuring alignment with promotions
- Train store sales consultants and ensure their registration on MCS
- Capture required sell out data on HHT
- Manage shelf health and stock merchandising
- Conduct quality checks and maintain cleanliness in the store
- Implement promotional activities and negotiate with store management
- Gather customer feedback and resolve complaints
- Carry out Blitz activities such as assisting at new store openings and building promotional displays
