The Chief Analyst Developer for the Economic Governance and Administration department at the Western Cape Government is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing software systems. - Develops functional and technical specifications to meet the business needs of the client
- Constructs and implements application programs
- Ensures technical and functional standards are observed
- Prepares system documentation including training manuals
- Liaison with clients
