CIT Regional Manager
Overview
The CIT Regional Manager will lead and manage the Regional Cash Solutions Business Unit in alignment with corporate objectives. This role is responsible for developing business plans, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering long-term relationships with clients. The manager will oversee the performance and productivity of staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation. The position also requires collaboration with various operational functions to achieve overall business goals.
Requirements
- Grade B PSIRA registered and accredited
- Knowledge of Fleet management and CIT document control essential
- Formal management training with at least 5 years' experience in CIT and cash processing industry
- Previous CIT and cash processing planning/scheduling experience would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Word, PowerPoint and Excel is essential
- Experience in sales and marketing
- Experience of similar systems including vehicle tracking systems
- Ability to work without supervision, under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Must have own transport
Responsibilities
- Managing and conducting monthly visits to all branches to ensure efficient operations
- Doing budget planning for all branches and ensuring set targets are met
- Compiling and ensuring timely submission of monthly branch performance reports
- Conducting quarterly evaluations on senior management at branch level
- Managing the ISO 9001/9002 quality management system
- Managing monthly operational statements and daily cash deliveries
- Conducting branch audits to ensure compliance with company policies
- Managing cash risk at branches and on the road
- Overseeing upgrades at branches including construction and security enhancements
- Drafting policies and procedures
- Ensuring efficient client services in all business areas
- Managing client growth and retention in the cash in transit industry
- Ensuring proper CIT roll out before service commencement
- Conducting monthly firearm inspections and training
- Managing vehicle control, inspection, maintenance, and accident reporting
