Overview
The Department of Local Government Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to supervise, coordinate and support Community Development Workers (CDWs) in the implementation of community development programmes, service delivery facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and community participation initiatives. The Supervisor ensures effective performance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and achievement of the Community Development Workers Programme (CDWP) objectives.
Requirements
- An appropriate 3 year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification)
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience recognisable experience in Community Development after obtaining the required qualification
- A valid code B (or higher) driving licence
