Overview
Oversee multiple building projects and ensure their successful delivery in line with programme, budget, quality and safety requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Building Science or a related discipline
- 10–20 years’ experience in building construction
- Career progression from graduate or student level into a Contracts Manager role
- Previous experience with Tier 1 construction contractors
- Exposure to a variety of projects, including commercial buildings, retail developments, schools and similar building works
- Proven experience overseeing multiple projects through site engineers and foremen
- Strong leadership, planning, commercial and project management capabilities
