Overview
RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established building contractor in Cape Town, is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in residential construction.
Requirements
- BTech or BSc degree in Construction Management or a related qualification
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant construction experience
- Solid experience managing residential building projects
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or similar senior construction role
- Strong knowledge of construction programmes, budgets, procurement and subcontractor management
- Experience overseeing projects from commencement through to completion
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, quality control, health and safety and project administration
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
