Dis-Chem Pharmacies' Distribution in Midrand is seeking an Admin Clerk to join their team. The role primarily involves performing administrative duties within the Distribution Centre in accordance with industry standards and Dis-Chem policies, ensuring compliance with both legal and customer requirements.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • 1-2 years’ Admin experience
  • Basic knowledge of SAP
  • Basic knowledge of Kronos
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all warehouses and sales order credit requests are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Resolve credit related requests on an ongoing basis
  • Maintain effective communication channels between stores, warehouses, and other departments
  • Process all warehouse returns within required processes
  • Carry out investigations for delivery queries and assist Finance in finalizing queries
  • Review all warehouse credits including approval and decline
  • Maintain data integrity of credit information
  • Perform accurate administration duties and keep records up to date
  • Distribute payroll sheets and complete weekly timesheets
  • Place stationery and expense orders as per management instructions
  • Submit invoices for payment according to procedures
  • Accurate capture of leave forms onto Kronos
  • Perform clerical tasks in the absence of the Admin Manager
  • Verify goods receiving documents and ensure claims are handled properly
