Requirements
- An appropriate 3 year National Diploma/B-Degree (equivalent or higher qualification)

Responsibilities
- Manage the Provincial Disaster Management Centre
- Provide support and assist the District and City of Cape Town Centres
- Develop and maintain a provincial contingency plan and disaster management plans
- Manage the disaster response operations
- Evaluate, review, and develop disaster management contingency plans
- Oversee and manage people and financial management
- Plan and manage the work of the Sub-directorate and account for overall performance
- Manage leadership and strategic management of the Sub-directorate
