Overview

The Digital Experience & Analytics Manager is responsible for developing and optimising the company's digital ecosystem to maximise consumer engagement, discoverability and marketing performance. This role partners with Brand Managers to improve the effectiveness of consumer marketing initiatives through data-driven insights, technical excellence and continuous optimisation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Science or Business.
  • Google Analytics Certification advantageous.
  • Google Ads Certification advantageous.
  • SEO or Digital Marketing certifications advantageous.
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, website management, SEO or analytics.
  • Proven experience managing websites and digital platforms.
  • Strong experience with digital analytics and reporting.
  • Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and Looker Studio.
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or equivalent).
  • Consumer Health, Healthcare or FMCG experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the company's digital ecosystem strategy across all consumer brands.
  • Continuously improve the digital customer experience across websites and digital platforms.
  • Identify new technologies and opportunities to improve consumer engagement.
  • Ensure digital best practices are implemented across the organisation.
  • Manage all consumer brand websites and landing pages.
  • Ensure websites remain current, compliant and optimised.
  • Improve website speed, usability and mobile responsiveness.
  • Coordinate website development projects with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ensure consistent digital brand standards across all platforms.
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
  • Optimise website structure, metadata and content.
  • Monitor technical SEO health and resolve issues.
  • Improve search rankings and organic traffic across the portfolio.
  • Optimise content for emerging AI-powered search platforms and answer engines.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Analyse website, campaign and consumer behaviour data.
  • Measure digital marketing effectiveness and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to Brand Managers and Marketing Leadership.
  • Support marketing planning with consumer and market intelligence.
  • Monitor digital performance across all consumer brands.
  • Optimise website conversion rates and user journeys.
  • Conduct A/B testing and user experience improvements.
  • Improve lead generation and consumer engagement.
  • Support Brand Managers with ongoing campaign optimisation.
  • Own and maintain the marketing technology stack.
  • Manage Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and reporting platforms.
  • Ensure accurate campaign tracking and attribution.
  • Maintain UTM governance and conversion tracking.
  • Support CRM and marketing automation integrations where applicable.
  • Ensure all digital platforms comply with regulatory, privacy and company requirements.
  • Maintain website quality standards and governance processes.
  • Ensure accurate implementation of digital measurement frameworks.
  • Partner with Consumer Marketing Manager, Brand Managers, Content Manager, Designers, Performance Marketing Specialists, IT, Regulatory, and External Digital Agencies.
